The Board of Selectmen are accepting bids for any person interested in cleaning the town’s municipal offices through the end of the year 2008. These offices include the Town Office Building, Town Clerk’s Office and Police Department. Cleaning will be performed on an “on-call/as needed basis”. Most of the cleaning will be performed during daytime hours and will be “general housekeeping”. The Board of Selectmen are requesting that all bids be submitted with both hourly rates and rates per office. The Board of Selectmen are accepting bids for any person interested in repairing shingles damaged by this past winter’s weather at the Town Hall, located on Turnpike Road. The Board of Selectmen are requesting that all bids be submitted with a breakdown of labor and materials cost along with proof of insurance. ****Now Accepting Bids for a “Secure Door” for the Selectmen’s Office ****

The Board of Selectmen are accepting bids for any person interested in constructing a “secure door” as required by the State of New Hampshire Department of Labor. This door needs to be a solid door with a pass through for documents as well as a “hole” for communication, it may be able to be created from another existing door in the Town Office Building. The Board is open to any ideas and solutions for this “secure door”. The Board of Selectmen are requesting that all bids be submitted with a breakdown of labor and materials cost along with proof of insurance.
